How do we measure property?

We measure property by asking ourselves: “How much realistic livable space does this property have?” Our measurements include all spaces that are useable within the walls of the house. For example, we only include rooftop space if the roof has been designed for family use. Even small rooms that are used for storage are part of our calculation.
