What is a riad?

A Riad is a Moroccan house located in the old cities. Riads are traditional Moroccan houses following a specific model of architecture that defines the houses in the Moroccan medinas. Inside the Moroccan medinas you can find small streets and hidden alleyways that give a certain exotic atmosphere inside the old quarters of the cities of Morocco, the ideal place to find a riad.
