Jim Baird

From Southern California, Jim brings to Fes Properties a background of more than 35 years of business experience. Just out of College, he first served Walt Disney Productions for 10 years in the finance division as Accounting Manager. He then served Sealright Packaging Co. for 18 years as their Controller and then Material & Logistics Manager, and later yet in sales as a National Accounts Manager. Lastly, he owned his own business as a broker for packaging materials.

Over the years, Jim has been part of the purchase and sale of multiple homes, learning the three most important elements of a home or business facilities purchase: Location, Location, and Location! Is he an expert? No, but he has managed people and challenges his entire career and has learned when, where, and how to ask for help when he comes up against something outside of his experience.

Jim is married to Patti and they have four grown children in the US. They have called Morocco home for nearly seven years.
